Woody's bike needed a new tyre so while that was being fixed the rest of us took a look at the bikes and some took the opportunity to buy new helmets. We were soon back on the road to Halifax. We took a coastal route which was very pleasant. Getting into Halifax was rather busy with light changes happening faster than we are used to so it didn't take long for Woody, Steve and Cheryl and us to get behind but we didn't need to worry as Garry and Denise had kindly marked the corner and we caught up.
The day was a mix weather wise with a little cloud, then sun, then fog so it was a little hard to know what to leave on and take off but we all arrived in one piece and after a little look at Halifax, Chris and Jo found our hotel and we settled in. Judy and I had a little washing to do so while that was being done we had a little drink at the bar. Jo had arranged for us all to meet in the bar at 6.30pm to head off to dinner but tonight we just wanted something different so had Chinese with Craig and Stacey; very nice it was too. Tomorrow we are off to Woodstock.
